Peter Chaillé works as a researcher and consultant on a range of issues related to sustainable use of marine and land resources. He has a Ph.D. in Marine Biology from the University of California at Santa Barbara and has spent considerable time working in Hong Kong, Indonesia and Japan. He considers himself fortunate to be able to combine a love for SE Asia with the ability to work towards conserving threatened environments and improve the livelihoods of those who depend on them through the integration of science, business and experiential education programs.
