Maria Hasan is a graduate student at the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy where she is studying International Security Studies and Public International Law. She is currently interested in issues of counter terrorism, entrepreneurship, development and international law.

Prior to moving to the US in 2009, Maria lived in beautiful London for a year where she received a graduate degree in Comparative Politics from the London School of Economics.

She is from Lahore in Pakistan, where she hopes to return after completing her current degree and get really busy. She is under the impression that at some point she will start up a restaurant as a social enterprise.
