I agree with the summation of Charles Griffin on the way forward for Malaria Eradication Projects. I belong to an NGO, Africare, which, in partnership with Shell is fighting for Malaria control in the Niger Delta Region of Nigeria. I believe that if all the agencies in this fight share experiences and OR we would be more effective. For instance how do we know that all diagnosed with malaria without the use of microscopy in the isolated rural communities are really infected? We also found that rural health facilities are not patronised by villagers even when drugs are FREE. Is this problem unique?
