Erin Connelly is a volunteer for Global Envision. She currently works as a research coordinator at the Helfgott Research Institute at the National College of Natural Medicine. Erin has a BA in journalism from Penn State and an MA in sociology/policy studies from Lehigh University. Evan is a former intern with Global Envision who studied international affairs at Lewis and Clark College in Portland, OR, where he was also a pitcher on the Lewis and Clark baseball team. During college, Evan traveled to Havana, Cuba, where he studied for three and a half months. Evan is originally from Boulder, CO and enjoys hiking, skiing, climbing and anything else that involves being outside and in the mountains.
Evan works for a social service agency in Hillsboro, OR. He graduated from George Washington University with an MPA concentrating in international development. When not busy investigating development issues, he enjoys hiking, studying Spanish, and practicing Wing Chun.

Ian Goldsmith is an intern for Global Envision. He is majoring in Geography with a minor in Economics at Portland State University. Isaac is a true Pacific Northwesterner who enjoys an espresso in the city and a hike in the mountains. After a post-grad fellowship in Germany with the Fulbright program he returned to Oregon. Jean Payton is a freelance writer for Global Envision and former intern. She holds a degree in Community Development with a concentration in Housing and Economic Development from Portland State University's School of Urban Studies and Planning. She is focusing on public health in South Asian countries and is especially interested in India. She spent last summer in New Delhi, researching the barriers to community participation in maternal and child health projects in urban slums.
